On February 12 in Pińczów, we launched this year's series of civic and psychological training sessions and workshops for teachers and students in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
📍 These meetings are part of the project “Świętokrzyskie – Development and Partnership for Professional Counseling”, aimed at enhancing pedagogical competencies to address contemporary educational challenges.
🛡️ Child Safety and Rights in Schools
This year's training sessions are held under the theme: "Modern Competencies Essential for Protecting Children's Rights and Safety in Schools." Key topics include:
✔ Children’s addiction to multimedia and modern technologies – how to recognize the problem and effectively support students?
✔ Supporting children and youth in crisis – methods of working with students experiencing emotional difficulties.
✔ Multiculturalism in schools – how to foster integration and understanding among students from diverse backgrounds?
✔ Identifying and assisting students struggling with addiction – with a special focus on supporting refugee children.
👩🏫 Expert Support for Teachers
As in previous years, the training was led by our esteemed psychologist, Dr. Katarzyna Krzystanek, who shared her knowledge and expertise. This time, the participants were educators from the Pińczów district, who not only enhanced their professional skills but also had the opportunity to exchange experiences with fellow teachers.
