This time, a group of several high school students signed up for a psychological workshop to support integration into the youth community. The classes took place on 18 March 2024 in Kielce and were led by psychologist Dr Katarzyna Krzystanek.

On 18 March 2024, a group of several high school students from Kielce came to a psychological workshop to support integration in the youth environment.
The aim of the meeting was to improve communication and integration in a specific school environment and to learn methods for dealing effectively with stress. Further activities with this group are already planned. The young people suggested the topic of working on their optimism.
We invite formal and informal groups with similar problems or who want to strengthen their social skills to participate in our workshops. We are also happy to work with people who need support in regaining their emotional balance.
Participation is free of charge. The Association Integration Europe - East realizes them because they are part of the project ‘ Swietokrzyskie - development and partnership for professional counselling’. - co-financed by the National Institute of Freedom - Centre for Civil Society Development.

How to work on your optimism - workshop with Dr Katarzyna Krzystanek
A meeting planned for 21 March 2024 between a group of high school students and a psychologist regarding strengthening social skills has come to fruition. This is a continuation of a workshop held a few days earlier in response to the need to improve integration in a group of high school students.
Classes to strengthen optimistic attitudes were led by psychologist Dr Katarzyna Krzystanek, based on reported problems.
Social skills training, combating stress, working on communication problems in the group and optimism training are regular elements of our psychological workshops for young people.
If you are interested in other psychological topics, you are welcome to make an appointment with Dr Katarzyna Krzystanek. We look forward to receiving suggestions for topics for the classes.
We would like to point out that the workshops are a free form of support, implemented by the Association Integration Europe - East within the project ‘ Swietokrzyskie - development and partnership for professional counselling’ (co-financed by the National Institute of Freedom - Centre for Civil Society Development).
