Every day brings new conversations — some concern simple matters, others require several meetings and sorting through documents.

The counselling service operates on a regular basis, and requests are submitted both via an online form and by telephone. There are also people who visit us for a second time — not for a summary, but to discuss the next stage of their cases.

This shows that counselling in the region is a ‘dynamic’ process — and we continue to respond to current needs.

Advice is provided by experts from the LEX GENERALIS Foundation in the form of workshops or individual consultations.

We answer questions in four languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English.
